This chicken was just to die for! It was so tender and juicy, even the day after it was just as good. My chicken however did not colour very well so we missed out on some nice browned skin. Will definitely try again and maybe crank the oven up for the last 15 minutes or so. The potatoes are absolutely incredible! I added some carrots too, to make it a full meal and it was such a wonderful Sunday night dinner. Thanks JB!
